The SV-110 is a spring activated check valve with disc type seating. This valve has a
relatively low, yet realistically rated cracking pressure which results in quick
responses. It also employs a unique stainless steel closing spring that is encapsulated in
a tube of virgin PTFE. This provides positive shutoff, even at
low pressures, and protects the spring from corrosive fluids.
This air operated, high temperature valve has a PFA body and is
designed for the most demanding shutoff and control applications to be found in the
semiconductor industry.
