High Pressure Reaction Vessels: 75, 100,
150, 250ml
| These high pressure reaction vessels are
constructed of special stainless steel and have interchangeable PTFE
Teflon® liners. One size body can be used with either 75, 100, or 150 ml liners. Specify
the liner desired when ordering. The 250 ml vessel has its own PTFE
liner and rupture disks rated to 100 or 150 bar. |
| All fittings (manifold, pressure gauge, rupture
disk holder, rupture disk and control valve) are also stainless steel. Hastelloy C is
available on special order. Rapid closure of the conical flange seal is achieved with two
hand screws- no tools are required. |
| The system includes a heating mantle with an
integrated PTFE coated NiCr/Ni thermosensor and a built-in
magnetic stirring table and a stir bar. A separate controller unit controls temperature
and stirring speed. |
| Options available include gas or liquid sample
extraction devices. |

- Maximum temperature: 250C.
- Maximum pressure/rupture disk (Monel): 100 bar (1400 psi).
- Facilities: 220 VAC.
- Stirring: magnetic stir bar.
